Locksmith Flora Drive
Flora Drive is one of the administrative subzones of Pasir Ris, and it is located in Loyang Industrial Estate. The estate is in Pasir Ris town where other subzones of the planning area are located. The subzones in the town include Pasir Ris Central, Pasir Ris West, Pasir Ris Drive, and Pasir Ris Park. Loyang industrial estate is an extensive region which covers three subzones including Flora Drive. The others are Loyang West and Loyang East. Loyang Industrial Estate is also home to one of the industries in Pasir Ris, that is, Pasir Ris Wafer Fabrication Park which acts as its subzone because of its size. Flora Drive is a subzone bordered by Tampines Expressway, Upper Changi North Road, Loyang Avenue, and Flora Road. The roads bordering the region also connect using routes which pass through the Flora Drive. Some of the connectors include Flora Drive road and Mariam Way. Roads are the primary means of transportation in the region because no railway lines are passing through the town. Some of the social amenities, housing blocks, and parks in the region include Ballota Park, Eldewiss Park, Hedges Park, Ferraria Park, Azalea Park, and Estella Gardens among others. The parks and social amenities are strategically located to cater to the housing precincts in the area.
The housing facilities in Flora Drive are planned and developed like the other planning areas. This includes flat blocks which are grouped into condominiums. Flora Drive has three major condos which include, Carrissa Park Condominium, Park Olympia and The Gale Condominium. Other essential social amenities include Peace Haven Nursing Home which is located near The Salvation Army Church. The Japanese School Singapore is also located beside the nursing home on the south part of Flora Drive. The resident of the area also has access to Yan Kit Village Chinese Temple. Flora Drive is a region full of housing facilities and social amenities to support the resident of the zone. The condominiums have social amenities and recreational centers like swimming pools and shopping malls which are within reach. The town is self-sufficient in most aspects to cater to the needs of the residents.

I received wonderful service from Jimmy. He reached our location at the agreed timing and proceeded to analyse the situation with our broken lock and explained how he will fix the problem. When we enquired more on the different lock models available for replacement, he was not pushy and explained the pros and cons of each model. In the end, we selected what we thought suited us best. Great & prompt service and I feel very lucky that I found this shop from google! Our main door lock suddenly got spoiled which caused unable me to get in the house on sunday morning. I was exhausted and tired after long walk and grocery shopping. They promptly helped to open the door and replace new one at reasonable price. Not over & hard selling and it's in fact cheaper than other 2 places that I compared. They explained well whats wrong and how they are going to fix it. Keep up the good work! We were very happy and pleased with David's service. He was very focussed and professional, managed to pry our door open in less than 5 minutes. He even offered us advice on how to ensure that we dont end up locking ourselves out of our bedroom again. Fast and efficient service, arrived in my house in 30 minutes and finished unlocking the door in 1 minutes time. I am glad that I am still able to use this door lock after unlocking the door lock. Really recommend for emergency door-unlocking.
